Trademark Application Filing
Turn your brand into a protected business asset.
Our Trademark Application Filing service helps you navigate the federal trademark registration process from application preparation through registration. We prepare the application based on your business and how you use—or plan to use—your trademark, identify the appropriate goods and services, prepare the filing details, and submit the application to the USPTO on your behalf.
Once filed, we monitor the application and manage USPTO correspondence through the registration process, including responses to non-substantive issues that may arise.
This service does not include responses to substantive Office Actions, such as refusals based on likelihood of confusion, descriptiveness, or other substantive legal issues. If the USPTO issues a substantive Office Action, we can discuss available options and provide a separate fee for the additional legal work.
Please note that the service fee is separate from the USPTO filing fee

Legal Launchpad Consulting was founded by Taylor Grant, a former Big Law attorney with over six years of experience in intellectual property and trademark law. Throughout her legal career, Taylor has advised and protected brands across a wide range of industries, earning recognition for both her legal skill and professional impact.
Taylor has been honored by Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch and named Top 40 Under 40 by the National Black Lawyers Association, and has received other professional accolades that reflect her commitment to excellence in the practice of law.
After years of working with established companies and large corporations, Taylor felt called to use her Big Law experience in a more personal, impactful way—helping small businesses and entrepreneurs who need accessible, strategic legal support to protect what they’re building.
As a first-generation attorney, Taylor also understands firsthand how overwhelming the law school admissions process can be without guidance. When she applied to law school, she navigated the process largely on her own—seeking advice wherever she could and learning through trial and error.
